Job summary

Parker Young Restoration, Norcross, GA, is seeking a Restoration/Reconstruction Project Manager to lead end-to-end restoration and reconstruction projects. You will develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and estimates, and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and staff to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing carrier approvals, communicating with customers and adjusters, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or insurance-related project management.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance claims process, TPAs, and carrier guidelines.
• Experience with estimating platforms such as Xactimate or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, margins, and job-cost control.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage restoration and reconstruction projects from intake through final completion and payment.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with carrier approvals and customer expectations.
• Prepare and review estimates using industry-standard platforms such as Xactimate.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling, quality control, and cost management.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and set clear expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Monitor job progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate consistently with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Approve invoices, manage job costing, and meet or exceed profitability targets.
• Oversee change orders, supplements, and scope revisions to capture revenue and maintain compliance.
• Partner with the Project Coordinator to keep job documentation complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Drive timely job closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Support collections by maintaining clean files and resolving carrier or customer disputes.
• Meet TPA and carrier timelines and reporting requirements.
