As a Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of restoration and reconstruction projects, from job intake through final payment. You will develop scopes, timelines, and budgets, prepare and review estimates, and lead field teams, subcontractors, and coordination staff to deliver every job on time, on budget, and in compliance with company standards and insurance requirements. This role combines field and office work. Frequent site visits are required, including active construction and restoration environments, along with regular interaction with customers, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
