Job summary

Parker Young Construction LLC, based in Norcross, GA, is seeking an Onsite Mitigation Production Manager to lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects in the field. You will supervise crews, perform hands-on restoration work, and act as the on-site liaison for property owners and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

You will mentor crew members, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards and Parker Young protocols while maintaining thorough job documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
• Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration or related hands-on field.
• Able to perform physically demanding work and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mitigation projects and supervise crews.
• Respond to projects during business hours; be available for on-call after hours.
• Coordinate and ensure safe, timely restoration work per Parker Young standards.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to owners and teams.
• Train crew members and manage equipment on site.
