Job summary

Parker Young Restoration in Norcross, GA, is seeking a Restoration/Reconstruction Project Manager to own end-to-end project delivery from intake to final payment. You will develop scopes, timelines, and budgets, lead field teams and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with insurance requirements and company standards.

Regularly communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to drive on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or insurance-related project management.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance claims process, TPAs, and carrier guidelines.
• Experience with estimating platforms such as Xactimate or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, margins, and job costs.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver's license for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage restoration and reconstruction projects from intake through final completion and payment.
• Develop scopes, timelines, and budgets; align with carrier approvals and customer expectations.
• Prepare and review estimates using Xactimate.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors: scheduling, quality control, cost management.
• Lead kickoff meetings and set expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure work meets standards, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Monitor job progress, identify risks early, and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout.
• Approve invoices, manage job costing, and meet profitability targets.
• Oversee change orders, supplements, and scope revisions to capture revenue and stay compliant.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator for audit-ready documentation.
• Drive timely closeout with punch lists and final documentation.
• Support collections by keeping files clean and resolving disputes.
• Meet TPA and carrier timelines and reporting requirements.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
