Job summary

Standard Template Labs is seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to optimize how we hire. This high-ownership, full-cycle role includes interview scheduling, ATS hygiene, agency tracking, and job description upkeep, keeping candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers moving smoothly through every step of the process.

You will own scheduling, keep Ashby clean, track outside agencies, partner with internal recruiters on sourcing and postings, and maintain job descriptions across Ashby,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or a similarly detail-heavy role.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Keep Ashby clean and current: pipeline stages, scorecards, requisitions, and scheduling notes.
• Track progress with outside staffing and search agencies.
• Partner with internal recruiters on talent attraction: sourcing support, job postings, and candidate communications.
• Draft, update, and maintain job descriptions across Ashby, LinkedIn, and the careers page.
• Organize recruiting files in Google Drive for easy access.
• Run recurring recruiting reports for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate recruiting events, onsite interview days, and candidate travel logistics.
• Support all recruiting needs as the company grows.
