RIX Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, and professional roles across the organization. The role partners with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs, source top talent, and guide candidates from interview to onboarding.

This position supports remote work within the United States and may require up to 10% travel to facilities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS/HRIS tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and filling technical or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, prioritize multiple requisitions, and communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
• U.S. Citizenship or qualified U.S. Person per ALU 22 CFR 120.15.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, manufacturing, professional roles across RIX.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing plans and requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies for engineering, skilled trades, quality, supply chain, and other roles; build pipelines.
• Maintain requisitions, applicant records, and recruiting activity in Workday and recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate on job descriptions, interview plans, and compensation recommendations; extend offers within limits.
• Support recruiting metrics, process improvements, and onboarding handoff.
