Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer orders from start to finish through quotes, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Handle all elements of creating customer quotes including stocklisting and fabrication.
• Determine margins, freight, pipe costs, and other financial elements per pricing strategies.
• Lead daily production meetings and develop load and production schedules.
• Schedule shipment of products to meet customer requirements and costs.
• Maintain contract pricing and negotiate material deadlines.
• Serve as main branch contact for customers and assist CSRs with daily issues.
• Report process deficiencies and gather data for management.
