Job summary

Dayton Superior is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service professional to manage the lifecycle of projects in collaboration with Sales Representatives. You will process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, and stock checks to keep projects moving smoothly.

This on‑site role partners with operations, transportation, engineering, credit, and the finance team to ensure accurate shipping, invoicing, and timely communication.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-2 years in related area.
• Experience handling quotes, orders, shipments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the lifecycle of all projects in conjunction with their Sales Representatives.
• Process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, stock checks, credits, job audits, and close-outs.
• Coordinate with operations, transportation, engineering, credit, and finance to keep projects moving forward.
• Handle high volume inquiries from internal and external customers and communicate order status.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders; set up customer ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run regular system reports for on-time billing.
• Ensure all transactions are shipped completely and correctly; address backorders with sales.
• Process documentation for export/import shipments and generate POs for outside vendors.
• Process returns and invoicing; address damages and shortages with sales or customers.
• Work closely with operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
