Job summary

TruTechnologies is seeking a full-time Integration Analyst in RTP, NC to enable data transfers for pharma/biotech partners. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and build end-to-end data integrations while managing concurrent projects.

You will troubleshoot integrations, document projects, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure study success.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience integrating with APIs and data transfer processes
• Exposure to Ruby or Python plus basic development practices (Git, releases)
• Ability to analyze and traverse complex data models for extraction
• Proven project management and customer service capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration projects with pharma/biotech partners
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specs for data processing
• Own end-to-end data transfers: configure, build, test, deploy, support
• Troubleshoot existing client data transfers and integrations
• Create documentation and project plans for new initiatives
