Job summary

Truveris is a pharmacy cost containment company hiring an Analyst, PBM RFP Management to help clients evaluate PBMs and prepare deliverables. You will collect and validate data, run competitive bids, and analyze pricing to highlight cost differences. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.

This position supports client-ready reports, charts, and presentations, working with a team of analysts and external clients.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of analytics/healthcare-related experience, internships acceptable.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Support PBM RFP projects from initiation to client reporting.
• Collect, clean and validate data inputs from clients and vendors.
• Use internal tools to run PBM bid analyses.
• Analyze PBM pricing and proposal responses for cost and performance differences.
• Prepare charts, reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and internal teams.
• Provide feedback on process improvements and tool enhancements.
• Communicate with external clients on projects.
