Job summary

ProcDNA is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead - Technology to drive data-driven outcomes for life sciences clients in the United States. You’ll lead end-to-end data management projects and BI solution delivery, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards and insights that matter to business performance.

You will partner with clients to understand complex pharma challenges, design pragmatic data architectures, enforce data governance and security, and ensure UX/UI quality across

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in pharma technology consulting, with at least 6 years of U.S. project exposure and direct client interaction.
• Proficient with ETL tools (ADF, Databricks, Informatica).
• Data workflow tools (Airflow, Azkaban).
• Storage systems including SQL/NoSQL, Snowflake, Redshift.
• BI dashboards and visualization using Tableau and Power BI.
• Data governance and enterprise data warehouse design.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data engineering and BI project delivery for multiple clients.
• Build integrated data solutions and visualizations to support business storytelling.
• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver analytics solutions with UX/UI focus.
• Ensure analytics solutions comply with data governance, quality, and security standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align implementations with business goals.
