Job summary

Truveta is seeking a Partner Data Analyst to work with life sciences partners on translating research questions into analytical approaches using real-world EHR data. You will design and execute studies, guide customers in methods, and ensure rigorous analytics while balancing speed and depth of investigation.

You will collaborate across teams to support study design, biases, and interpretation of results, building trusted relationships and driving projects to insight for better healthcare

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics or data science is preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role delivering research studies.
• 3+ years analyzing Electronic Health Record data or Real World Data.
• Strong SQL, R and/or Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience with large healthcare datasets and distributed computing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with life sciences customers to translate questions into analyses.
• Provide technical analytics support and direct customer interactions.
• Scope analyses, produce studies using SQL, R and Python within deadlines.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to advance customer research goals.
• Apply cohort design, bias mitigation and statistical methods.
• Communicate project status and collaborate with success managers.
• Guide customers on study design and interpretation of results.
• Lead discussions to unblock research challenges and push projects forward.
• Support peer-reviewed publications and high-quality research outputs.
• Deliver rapid analyses and deeper investigations as needed.
