Qualified candidates will have over 3 years of experience in customer service within a product-based environment and are expected to be skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems. A high school diploma is required, and an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a product-based environment.
• Full-cycle CSR experience with order entry.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and enter orders into the ERP system.
• Answer customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and shipments.
• Prepare and review open order reports with sales representatives.
