MXA Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide full-cycle recruitment support for skilled professional roles within our client facilities in the manufacturing/distribution sector. You will advise hiring teams on talent decisions and lead sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

You will partner with managers and HR to ensure strong candidate pipelines, maintain ATS records, and drive an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• A degree is preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• HR analytics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sourcing and marketing techniques.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and an ATS is required.

The TA Partner will provide thought leadership and act as a talent advisor throughout the talent selections process to the hiring teams within our client's facilities. This role will provide full cycle recruitment support for skilled professional roles, advising leaders on their talent selection decisions. This role is reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Execute recruitment activities to meet the company’s hiring needs, ensuring all hiring practices are in accordance with processes and policies to include; sourcing, recruitment, and screening candidates for available positions

• Utilize the ATS to document all hiring activities and ensuring excellent candidate experience
• Ensure sourcing strategy is aligned to the company’s talent brand and attracts the talent needed for open opportunities
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers in order to ensure the best possible candidates are selected and hired
• A passion for talent and driving innovation as well as a performance mindset
• Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes and tools can be ambiguous
• QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong organizational skills, multi-task oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency working with Microsoft suite
• Ability to collaborate with management, HR team members, business partners, and employees

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A degree is preferred, or equivalent Recruiting experience.

• Knowledge of sourcing and marketing techniques
• Working knowledge of computerized program management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as an applicant tracking system is required to perform the duties of this position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

The employee must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, be able to effectively present information, respond to questions from managers, applicants, and the general public, and be proficient in writing reports, business correspondence as well procedure manuals.
