Job summary

TRG Management seeks a Leasing Consultant for Town Westshore in Tampa, FL. You will work with the property management team to provide residents with exceptional service and guide prospective tenants through the leasing process.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in customer service or hospitality, and familiarity with MS Office. OnSite experience is a plus, with base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service, hospitality or multifamily real estate experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants and adhere to Fair Housing Standards.
• Show model apartments and explain amenities, layout, and lease terms.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins.
• Prepare and update availability reports and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and refer to sister communities if needed.
