Job summary

DP World is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – US to drive high-volume recruitment across Contract Logistics and Freight Forwarding units. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to align workforce needs with strategic sourcing and provide a superior candidate experience for US sites.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, screening and presenting candidates, offers and onboarding, and optimizing processes with ATS and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Recruitment experience in contract logistics, warehousing or similar environments.
• Experience supporting high-growth operations and site launches is preferred.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience from planning to hire.
• Ability to build scalable sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for logistics/warehousing roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to align recruitment with workforce plans.
• Develop position-specific recruitment plans and pipelines.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using ATS and other channels.
• Screen, interview, present candidates, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support reporting and analytics.
• Negotiate with agencies and manage supplier relationships.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for speed and quality.
