Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deploy talent strategies that attract and retain a diverse, high-performing workforce. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, and expand brand engagement across social channels, referrals, and events.

The role requires a strong network, travel up to 50-75%, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate and/or agency recruiting experience in the 3PL/logistics space.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates and full life cycle recruiting.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and Recruiter suite.
• Self-starter, highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel at least 50% (peak 75%+).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection process from requisition to hire.
• Partner with leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition needs.
• Develop broad recruitment strategies across social media and referrals.
• Provide market intelligence on recruiting trends and competition.
• Support talent events and career fairs as needed.
