Job summary

Riverstone Bank is seeking a detail‑oriented loan operations professional to organize and manage loan files from closing to payoff, ensuring compliance with policies, audits, and federal regulations. The role involves booking, funding, scanning loans, recording liens, and preparing underwriting materials.

You will coordinate with loan officers, insurers, and other departments, process payments and escrows, and generate daily loan operation reports.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage physical and digital loan files, ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit compliance, and federal regulations from loan closing to loan payoff.
• Book, fund, and scan new loans ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Record and release liens on collateral.
• Prepare and collect underwriting materials in a timely manner, including credit reports, tax filings, business entity searches, valuations, and title work.
• Manage collateral documentation and insurance tracking to reduce risk exposure.
• Collect, track, and process escrowed insurance premiums on collateralized loans.
• Back up support for loan administration, commercial lenders, and mortgage lenders in processing and loan lifecycle needs.
• Accept and post loan payments, proceeds, and credit advances with precision and customer care.
• Generate reports for management and daily loan operations regarding closed loans, delinquent loans, and loan exceptions.
• Work closely with loan officers, insurance agencies, and other departments to ensure smooth loan processing.
