Qualifications

• 1+ years commercial loan documentation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with appropriate direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing dates and document preparation with lenders, attorneys, title companies, customers.
• Review loan documents for alignment with approved credit terms.
• Monitor work queues and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Provide professional, responsive service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain accurate data in applicable systems.
• Develop proficiency in loan origination, closing, imaging, and servicing systems.
