Regions Bank is seeking a Corporate Banking Group Loan Fulfillment Analyst in Hoover, Alabama, to own end‑to‑end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities. You will work with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel to ensure accurate documentation and a clean handoff to life‑of‑loan servicing.

The role requires five years of syndicated loan experience, strong documentation knowledge, and familiarity with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Proficiency with loan documentation and closing mechanics; coordinating with external counsel.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex loan facilities.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as control point for clear to close and timely funding.
• Monitor data quality and risk indicators across deals.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
