Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end projects from contract award to go-live and transition. You will coordinate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance to ensure successful deployments across regions and stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Ground Transportation operations, implementation or project management.
• Experience managing complex client implementations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation delivery from contract award through go‑live and transition.
• Develop, own, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Ensure strategies are executed consistently across regions, stations and teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans related to scope, readiness, and performance.
• Govern SOPs and implementation documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Partner with Technology to validate scope, reporting, and system readiness.
• Monitor progress with dashboards and PM tools; ensure timely updates.
• Act as primary point of accountability for issues and escalations.
• Lead post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay aware of evolving tools and industry practices affecting delivery.
