Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage daily activities across Trucking, International, and client services. You will oversee information collection, analysis, and reporting to drive revenue, costs, and productivity while maintaining strict confidentiality and safety standards.

The role requires 10–15 years in transportation management, a relevant degree, and familiarity with DOT and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Business or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of management experience in the transportation industry.
• Professional Certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and management of daily operations including trucking, international, client services, and information collection and analysis.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, revenue and profitability; produce and communicate reports to upper management to analyze trends, revenue, cost control, and productivity.
• Handle HR activities including hiring/firing, training, and employee orientation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, environmental, transportation) and confidentiality of company information.
• Maintain knowledge via education, publications, networks, and professional organizations; uphold core values and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
