Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an experienced Operations Leader to manage daily logistics activities, cost controls, and reporting to senior management. The role includes steering client services, safety compliance, and HR activities within a fast-paced environment.

You will drive budgeting processes, analyze performance trends, and ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. and international shipments, while safeguarding company information and promoting regional best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a relevant field with demonstrated leadership experience.
• 10–15 years of management experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of safety, DOT, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and daily operations management of logistics functions.
• Oversee client services, information collection and analysis, and reporting to upper management.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, revenue and profitability; communicate reports and trends.
• Handle HR activities including hiring, training, and employee orientation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for corporate and government requirements.
• Protect company information and maintain professional standards.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date and apply best practices regionally.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
