You will develop KPI frameworks, build standardized processes, monitor performance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to implement scalable strategies in a fast-growing e‑commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in e-Commerce or governance.
• Strong data analytics skills to define objectives and optimize via data.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the operational performance of key e‑Commerce areas through data analysis and market research.
• Develop and optimize governance and logistics strategies, products, and processes.
• Own the full strategy lifecycle from planning to post-launch performance reviews.
• Build standardized operational processes, monitoring mechanisms, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and refine strategy methodologies, KPI frameworks, and best practices.
