Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via email, text, and phone to Sagility staff needing asset return.
• Process returned Sagility assets at the warehouse.
• Create and manage shipping and return labels.
• Prepare shipment boxes with labels and packing materials.
• Maintain inventory system and track shipments.
• Ensure correct assembly and HR forms for New Hires.
• Coordinate with shipping companies for on-time delivery.
• Provide regular reports on equipment on hand and costs.
• Suggest cost-saving improvements and drive implementation.
• Test returned equipment for damage and reintegrate or return to manufacturer.
