Job summary

East West El Paso LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely and efficiently fulfill orders and manage warehousing duties in our El Paso facility. You will prepare, package, document outgoing orders, stage loading areas, and coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to arrange pickups.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, inventorying and storing items, adhering to ISO9001 processes and FIFO methods, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently complete order fulfillment and warehousing duties.
• Prepare, package and document outgoing orders and coordinate with warehouse supervisor.
• Stage loading and unloading areas.
• Receive incoming shipments and place them in the respective locations.
• Inspect, inventory, document, and store shipments.
• Comprehend and utilize ISO9001 Inventory Management Systems and FIFO methods.
• Load/unload pallets and materials from trucks and onto skids or stands.
• Package, box, and crate material per company standards.
• Communicate with suppliers, receivers, drivers, and staff for smooth shipments.
• Operate a computer to process reports, emails, forms, and inventory records.
• Assist inventory counts and reconciliation monthly.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the warehouse.
• Exhibit and uphold East West's company values.
