Saltbox Farmers Branch is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to manage the full pick-to-shipment cycle for multiple members. You will locate inventory, pick orders, pack and label for carrier pickup, and ensure accuracy in a high-volume environment.

The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication to support various member requirements and workflows across Saltbox locations.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on fulfillment or order-processing experience.
• Experience managing the full fulfillment lifecycle.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt quickly when priorities or order volume change.
• Reliable availability Monday through Friday during the required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete pick-and-pack process for multiple Saltbox members.
• Locate and accurately pick products based on order details and SOPs.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Learn and follow different workflows, products, and shipping requirements for each member.
• Monitor order queues and prioritize work based on volume and shipping deadlines.
• Identify inventory discrepancies or process concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain organized fulfillment workspaces and inventory areas.
• Work independently while communicating effectively with members and the Saltbox team.
• Support additional operational and member-service needs as required.
