Qualifications

• High school diploma (equivalent) or relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and punctual with attention to detail.
• Experience with data gathering and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work 7 days/365 days.

Responsibilities

• Reach out via email, text, and phone to staff needing asset returns.
• Process returned Sagility assets at the warehouse.
• Create and manage shipping and return labels.
• Prepare shipment boxes with packaging and labels.
• Maintain inventory and track shipments with scanning.
• Ensure equipment for new hires is assembled and labeled.
• Coordinate with shipping company for on-time delivery.
• Identify cost improvement opportunities with carriers.
• Collaborate with HR to recover equipment from departed agents.
• Provide regular reports on equipment on hand and shipping costs.
• Maintain cost files and drive cost efficiencies.
• Test returned equipment for damage per instructions.
• Review Work@Home Fulfillment lifecycle and improve processes.
