Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, manufacturing and/or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of environmental/safety regulations and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to improve engagement with frontline team members.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights using Microsoft Suite and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities within a department and ensures safety standards.
• Plans, cost estimates, and schedules for shipment needs and integration into activities.
• Communicates with functional leadership, HR, Quality, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Drives cost productivity through operational excellence, standardization and consolidation.
• Delivers to quality, cost and delivery targets; supervises frontline team.
• Leads continuous improvement using Regal Business System (RBS) and KPI focus (SQDCG).
