Job summary

Sagility in El Paso, TX is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to manage equipment returns, pack and ship materials, and maintain accurate inventory data. You will coordinate with HR and logistics to ensure timely delivery, track costs, and improve fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via email, text, and phone calls to Sagility staff who require assistance returning Sagility-owned assets.
• Process returned Sagility assets received at the warehouse.
• Create and manage shipping and return labels.
• Prepare shipment boxes with materials and labels; seal for shipment.
• Maintain inventory control and track incoming/outgoing equipment shipments.
• Ensure equipment shipped to new hires is assembled and includes HR forms.
• Work with shipping companies to ensure on-time delivery and cost opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure 100% retrieval of equipment from former agents.
• Provide regular reports on equipment on hand and shipping costs.
• Maintain cost files and implement cost-efficiency recommendations.
• Test returned equipment for damage and reintegrate or return to vendor with IT help.
• Review Work@Home Fulfillment lifecycle and improve processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve unusual situations and minimize downtime.
• Monitor capacity planning to prevent low inventory for hiring classes.
• Communicate triggers with Technology to speed up replacement shipping.

• Work with shipping company to drive on time delivery and notify stakeholders if shipping is affected in any way. Continually build relationships with shipping companies to identify improvement and cost opportunities
