APM Terminals is seeking a Contract Driver Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for CDL and non-CDL drivers across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires connecting talent with meaningful opportunities and converting temporary drivers into permanent members of the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in driver recruiting.
• Background in logistics, trucking, or delivery industries required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit CDL & Non-CDL drivers for operations.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels.
