Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and hire Class A CDL drivers across the Midwest and West Coast regions. The role partners with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to align hiring with business needs and growth.

The ideal candidate will manage the recruiting process end-to-end, maintain a healthy pipeline, and drive results in a fast-paced environment while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or similar tools to manage leads and pipelines.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard Class A CDL drivers to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across terminals, lanes, equipment, markets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to identify hiring needs.
• Monitor recruiting activity and balance speed with candidate quality.
