Job summary

The role is hybrid, based in Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA, with regular cross-functional collaboration and an emphasis on delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience in an agency setting, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management (or related field)
• 4+ years of project management experience; agency experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of end-to-end creative process and print production knowledge
• Experience in website design and platforms a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams and DAM systems

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes and understands project requirements
• Develops and maintains project plans with scope, milestones and timelines
• Communicates project statuses across teams and clients
• Identifies risks and suggests cost- and time-saving alternatives
• Manages day-to-day operations, task delegation and risk assessment
• Leads project planning meetings and advocates for workflow efficiency
• Audits and improves processes to enhance quality and profitability
• Coordinates activities of employees to achieve goals
• Occasional travel as needed
