Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of design and production projects. The role involves gathering requirements, establishing plans, confirming cost structures, and overseeing cross-functional execution with client interaction.

The position is hybrid, based in Baltimore, MD or Pittsburgh, PA, with travel as needed. Strong communication, budgeting and analytical skills are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience; agency experience is a plus.
• Experience in end-to-end creative process including concept development and design; print production experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to analyze, interpret and reason.

Responsibilities

• Collects, organizes and understands project requirements.
• Develops and maintains project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• Communicates project status and requirements across the team and with clients.
• Identifies risks and suggests cost-based alternatives.
• Collaborates with creative design, tech design, production management, and client management.
• Manages day-to-day project operations including task management and risk assessment.
• Leads project planning meetings and serves as workflow subject matter expert.
• Implements workflow management and reporting tools to improve quality and profitability.
• Audits and adapts processes to improve efficiency and speed.
• Plans and coordinates activities of staff to achieve goals.
• Occasional travel may be required.
