You will build pipelines, engage passive talent, and drive efficient hiring processes across a matrixed environment while reporting progress to senior leaders. This is an impactful, front-office recruitment opportunity.

• Commercial or global banking experience desirable.
• Sourcing and full life cycle recruitment background.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and hiring goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring approaches.
• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer.
• Manage sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn and direct outreach.
• Build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver reporting and insights on hiring progress and pipeline status.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with regulatory and internal policy.
