UBS is seeking a strategic recruitment professional for our Americas team in New York. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, attend in-person meetings with senior leaders, and build strong candidate pipelines in Investment Banking – Equities Research.

In this Full Time role, you will screen and interview candidates, manage the candidate experience, leverage recruiting tools to improve efficiency, and stay ahead of industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a recruitment function, ideally in a search environment.
• Proven knowledge of Investment Banking – Equities Research recruitment.
• Ability to collaborate with HR departments including reward, HR business partners and onboarding.
• Strong relationship management and proactive, responsive communication skills.
• Ability to develop diverse recruitment strategies to exceed client expectations.
• Willingness to challenge traditional processes and embrace new technologies, including AI, with sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Attend in-person meetings with the Americas Head and Deputy Head of Global Research in New York.
• Source and attract high-caliber candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of UBS.
• Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
