Qualifications

• Knowledge of building enclosure systems and construction practices.
• Experience with field investigations, testing, or forensic assessments.
• Familiarity with building codes (IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, CSI).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform building enclosure testing, inspections, and consulting.
• Conduct site observations of roofing and enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings and assist with CAD work as needed.
• Prepare clear technical reports with observations and recommendations.
• Support project management and client communications.
