Job summary

ECS Group of Companies, Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Building Enclosure Project Associate to support building enclosure consulting projects through field investigations, testing, technical analysis, and report preparation.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate building envelope performance, support construction quality, and deliver practical solutions for diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building enclosure systems and construction practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Support field investigations, testing, and report preparation for building enclosure projects.
• Perform site observations and inspections of roofing and enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings and site plans; assist with CAD work when needed.
• Develop testing protocols and analyze test results; recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with design reviews, repair design, and peer review of specs and submittals.
• Maintain familiarity with codes and standards (IBC/ASHRAE/ASTM/CSI).
