Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks a Building Enclosure Project Associate to join our Southeast Building Science + Infrastructure team in Mobile, AL. You will support enclosure consulting projects through field investigations, testing, technical analysis, and report preparation.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary project teams to evaluate building envelope performance and deliver practical solutions for clients across facility types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 2+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, field investigations, testing, or related work.
• Licensure or certification preferred: P.E., RA, IIBEC certifications, or BECxP/CxA BE.

Responsibilities

• Perform building enclosure testing, site observations, and related testing/consulting services.
• Assist with design reviews, repair design, and peer review of specs and submittals.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to clients and teams.
