Maryland Military Department is seeking an Administrator III to manage the Camp Fretterd Enclave and oversee daily operations and maintenance of CFMR real property on 587 acres. The role supports various facilities including readiness centers and support buildings.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of administrative or professional experience, with substitution options including college credits or degrees, and potential military service credit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Substitution options: 30 college credit hours per year of experience; Bachelor's degree plus two years; Master's degree; U.S. Armed Forces experience can substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CFMR is operational 27/7/365.
• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect CFMR buildings and grounds for proper use by tenants and guests.
• Detect life safety and environmental hazards.
• Review and approve all work orders prior to submission or execution.
• Supervise a staff comprised of Skilled Trades employees and Maintenance Chief positions.
• Determine maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
