Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalency.
• Experience: Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Notes: Substitutions allowed for degrees or college credits as described in the posting.
• Preferred leadership of multi-disciplinary facility maintenance crews and work-order management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CFMR is operational 27/7/365.
• Executes preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect CFMR buildings and grounds for proper use by tenants/guests.
• Detect life safety and environmental hazards.
• Review and approve all work orders prior to submission or execution.
• Supervise staff including Skilled Trades and Maintenance Chief positions.
• Determine maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
