The position is responsible for both the daily operations and maintenance of all MMD real property on the Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR). This position supports the Maryland Army National Guard Readiness Center, Joint Staff/EOC, Surface equipment maintenance facility, 67 support buildings on 587 acres of land.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle.
Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland with less than 5 points to operate a state vehicle.
This position is not subject to Bargaining MOU's.
