Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Facilities Administrator II to support the Maryland facilities, ensuring operations, security, and maintenance are sustained to support mission objectives.

The role covers day-to-day facility management across multiple MD locations, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs while liaising with the Facilities Manager and procurement. On-call availability and potential for security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facility administration experience.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems: electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand layouts.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills with all management levels.
• Willingness to work on-call, after hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
• Clearance level depends on client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Maryland facilities.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and daily operational issues.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance programs and ensure vendor compliance.
• Escort vendors during repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate minor furniture moves and reconfigurations.
• Perform minor repairs to appliances, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Assist with drafting Statements of Work for repairs and projects.
• Handle incoming/outgoing parcels and manage break room inventory.
• Perform monthly fire extinguisher, AED, and quarterly ladder inspections.
• Identify basic building deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
