Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
• Four (4) years in a management role overseeing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and personnel (50+ staff).
• Must possess a PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree or trade license in a professional field.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in managing facilities maintenance and repair programs.
• Supervise sub-departments and staff as assigned.
• Plan, direct and review work activities; assign projects and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate work for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; manage routine and preventive maintenance and outages.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve department performance.
• Maintain relationships with customer and company personnel; ensure compliance with policies.
