Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an Enablement Solutions Specialist in the Data Center Operations group. You will identify opportunities to simplify workflows, build internal tools, and automate processes to scale operations efficiently.

You will translate operational needs into concrete requirements, document solutions, and enable teams through manuals, guides, and training materials. Collaboration across Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Supply Chain is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations, data centers, infrastructure, logistics, or similar environments.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow management, reporting, automation, or internal tool development.
• Familiarity with scripting, SQL, low-code platforms, AI tools, dashboards, or business systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day workflows, pain points, and operational needs.
• Map processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Test solutions, gather feedback, resolve issues, and refine tools.
• Create clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Supply Chain.
