Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an Enablement Solutions Specialist within the Data Center Operations organization to build and support practical tools, processes, and operational improvements that help teams work more efficiently at scale.

You will partner with Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, Supply Chain, and business teams to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and introduce automation and AI-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Understanding operational workflows and identifying practical improvements.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and internal solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
• Test solutions, gather feedback, and iterate on tools or processes.
• Use data to evaluate adoption, efficiency and solution health.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Operations to understand workflows and pain points.
• Develop and implement internal tools, automations, and dashboards.
• Translate challenges into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Test, refine, and support deployment of tools and processes.
• Create documentation and training to enable adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
