Job summary

Zip is looking for a strategic Enablement Program Manager to build and deliver enablement programs for our Go to Market teams. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to design and implement learning experiences that align with business objectives.

In this role, you’ll develop learning journeys post-onboarding, optimize training programs, and use data to drive recommendations for individual and team development. The position offers competitive salary and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in procurement or enablement in a high growth software environment.
• Proven track record in designing effective programs in high growth companies.
• Ability to analyze data and incorporate it into learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the learning journey for Commercial Sales and Business Development teams.
• Design and optimize learning programs including technical enablement.
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs and performance outcomes.
