Job summary

Zip is hiring a Senior Technical Enablement Manager to optimize and develop readiness for our Solutions Engineering organization. This role focuses on enhancing pre-sales execution and training programs to improve technical win rates.

Ideal candidates will have 4–7+ years in technical pre-sales enablement, a solid understanding of solutions engineering, and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary between $140,000 - $170,000 annually, along with various perks such as flexible PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales enablement or closely related role.
• Deep understanding of SE function and technical evaluations.
• Proven experience building certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a structured ramp program for new SEs.
• Build and maintain a continuous learning program.
• Develop programs that arm SEs with technical context.
