Job summary

Birdeye, a leading multi-location marketing platform, seeks a BDR Enablement Manager to own onboarding and enablement for its India BDR teams. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, training, and coaching programs to lift readiness and productivity.

Working with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Marketing, you will create scalable learning experiences, playbooks, and resources that drive faster ramp, stronger messaging, and better pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, sales enablement, or business development.
• Experience designing onboarding and enablement programs.
• Proven ability to build scalable enablement in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve onboarding for India-based BDRs.
• Design, deliver, and refresh live training, workshops, and certifications.
• Refresh messaging, collateral, templates, talk tracks, and materials.
• Build coaching frameworks, scorecards and development plans.
• Train BDRs on product launches, positioning, and GTM updates.
• Create onboarding docs, guides, and knowledge bases.
• Provide actionable feedback from sales calls to improve prospecting.
