Job summary

Datadog’s GTM Enablement & Business Value Excellence team seeks an Enablement Operations Manager to own the operational infrastructure that powers scalable enablement, with a focus on Technical Solutions Enablement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage processes, enablement systems, knowledge management, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will also collaborate with the Enablement Systems & Analytics team to evolve capabilities for scalable execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enablement operations, business operations, learning operations, or related fields.
• Experience building or improving operational systems, processes, or knowledge management programs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable operational processes, system requirements, and reporting solutions.
• Experience with LMS, knowledge management platforms (Confluence), project tools (Asana), reporting (Tableau).
• Experience building operational dashboards and recurring reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational processes, governance, and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
• Manage operational delivery of enablement platforms and processes, including LMS, CMS, reporting, and program support.
• Execute the knowledge management operating model and content lifecycle management.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, templates, and documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
• Manage intake workflows, work tracking, and execution visibility across the portfolio.
• Define business requirements for enablement platforms in partnership with analytics teams.
• Maintain reporting on participation, certifications, utilization, and compliance.
• Collaborate to improve reporting, analytics, and system capabilities.
• Support rollout and governance of new tools and processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
